Early Education

Imam Muhammad Asim Chishti began his studies of Islam at the tender age of 10, starting with the memorization of the Qur’an alongside his secondary school studies. After achieving the memorization of the Qur’an and completing his GCSEs, he embarked on further Islamic studies at Jamia Al Karam. There, he was under the guidance of one of the most esteemed scholars of our time, Shaykh Muhammad Imdad Hussain Pirzada حفظه الله.

Academic Achievements

Upon completing his formal studies and graduating from Jamia Al Karam, Imam Muhammad Asim Chishti was appointed as an Imam in Bristol at the age of 20, marking the beginning of his professional religious career. He later extended his teaching to Worcester, enriching the lives of many with his lectures. Committed to continuous personal and professional development, Imam Chishti also recently completed his BA in Islamic Studies and Arabic from Markfield, UK, and is eager to further excel in his academic studies.

Current Roles & Contributions

Imam Muhammad Asim Chishti is currently serving as an Imam at the Hazrat Bilal Masjid in Bristol. His role involves leading prayers, providing spiritual guidance, and continuing his educational outreach by delivering lectures in various towns and cities across the UK. Imam Chishti’s deep commitment to his community and his profound knowledge of Islamic teachings position him as a respected leader and scholar in the UK’s Muslim community
