Imam Muhammad Ahmad Saamir Arshad Sahib began his sacred journey at an exceptionally young age. By the age of 7, he had already completed his foundational Islamic studies and the fard al-‘uloom. Recognising his potential and dedication, he pursued further studies and, at just 12 years old, enrolled in the esteemed Dars-e-Nizami programme at Suffa Tul Islam Grand Mosque. There, he studied under the guidance of the renowned Sheikh al-Kamil, Hazrat Qibla Shaykh Habib ur Rahman Mahboobi Sahib of Faizpur Shareef, Pakistan. His early years were marked by a deep love for the Quran, Sunnah, and scholarly tradition, nurtured within an environment of spiritual refinement and academic discipline.
Advanced Studies
As Imam Sahib progressed through the advanced stages of the Dars-e-Nizami syllabus, he travelled to Pakistan to complete the final year of the programme. At the remarkable age of 17, he successfully completed the full Dars-e-Nizami curriculum, graduating with distinction. He then returned to his noble Shaykh in Pakistan to further deepen his understanding of Tafsir and its sciences, benefiting from close tutelage and spiritual companionship.
With a strong foundation in Tafsir, Imam Sahib then specialised further in the science of Fiqh, dedicating two full years to mastering its principles, rulings, and methodology. His studies reflect a commitment not only to academic excellence but to embodying the values and ethics of the sacred tradition.
