From the very first day brother Sajid was very helpful and patient with all my queries. Told him we had a family group of 20 people ready for Umrah and needed hotels in both City. He went above and beyond to find us good hotels near by to the haram at good prices. He went out of his way to arrange transport with guide on our ziyarats too. Helped making changes for us when we needed to even though it wasn't part of the deal. He really put us at ease every time I contacted him with any sort of query. Thank you so much for your help. We received all guidance for Ihram and Umrah sent through the post including dua book for Umrah, bag and Tasbih. Ziyara tours made our first time experience to Makkah & Madina delightful, from the onset Sajid was very communicative, he informed us of how to fill in forms, upload pictures, baggage allowance, sent out complimentary information packs, which were imperative to our insight of how to perform umrah, how to do Ziyara's, what to expect, this was all done prior to us flying out. Once we arrived, both Sajid and Rashid were phenomenal. They cared for our every need, big or small, made every special moment extra special. Both brothers were always available to answer any questions and plan anything out of our itinerary. We enjoyed daily dars's with Shaykh Abdul Aziz, he was absolutely amazing, so attentive to all the group, he gave undivided attention to all individuals and really went above and beyond. We met some amazing people within our group and made life long friends. I would definitely indulge in other group tours with Ziyara and highly recommend them, especially to first time pilgrims. First time ever going with a group on a “spiritual/religious/sightseeing” overseas tour/vacation and really glad I had the opportunity to go with Ziyaara Tours lead by brothers Saajid and Rashid! Very humble brothers doing amazing work Mashallah! Went from USA and met up with the rest of the group from UK and Saajid was in full communication the whole time, had a couple mishaps during travel unrelated to the tour and even then he was super accommodating. Met some wonderful people in the group while making lifelong connections through the barakah of Ziayaar Tours.
